Warner Bros. has shared their report, detailing the many reasons that Full House creator Jeff Franklin was removed from the show's reboot. According to interviews with show staff, Franklin was frequently inappropriate with women and expressed dismay over having to hire people of color.

The portrait of Franklin comes via a sworn declaration entered in Los Angeles Superior Court. The declaration is part of a bid to have Franklin's case against current showrunner Bryan Behar tossed out.

Franklin alleged that Behar "concocted a plan to compile unflattering and distasteful information about Franklin that was either fabricated or twisted versions of events...in an effort to get Franklin thrown off Fuller House" in a lawsuit filed in April. Warner Bros. launched a probe into Franklin's conduct and they submitted what they found as a way of backing Behar, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"One woman said Franklin would talk about orgies he had over the weekend. Another woman, supported by a third, claimed that Franklin had his assistant request that all the writers come to his mansion and they were reminded multiple times to bring their bikinis,” the website reports. “Franklin was also said to have complained about having to hire directors who were women or people of color, expressing preference for male writers.

In another incident, Franklin allegedly said that an underage girl on the set was "one nose job away from a good fuck.”

Franklin claims that the entire thing was cooked up to take advantage of the energy around #MeToo to have him ousted. However, the probe predates the beginning of that movement. Behar is hoping that this new information on his conduct and the contours of the probe will lead to a dismissal.
