Jerry Seinfeld is headed to Netflix with a new stand-up special, and it's out next month.

Deadline reports that Seinfeld's hour-long special 23 Hours to Kill will hit the service on May 5. Filmed at the Beacon Theatre in New York, the set was part of his residency at the venue that came to a premature end due to the coronavirus pandemic. It's his second stand-up release for Netflix, following 2017's Jerry Before Seinfeld.

23 Hours to Kill is part of the deal Seinfeld signed with the streaming giant back in 2017, which included two stand-up specials and more episodes of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Produced by Sony Pictures Television, the stand-up offering is the latest from one of the titans of comedy who have come to Netflix. Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, Adam Sandler, Ellen DeGeneres, and countless others have also released specials—and made massive stand-up comebacks—through the platform.

The news comes after Netflix canceled its first-ever comedy festival last month over COVID-19 concerns. Among those set to appear were David Letterman, Amy Schumer, Kevin Hart, Norm Macdonald, Ali Wong, Wanda Sykes, Pete Davidson, and Dave Chappelle.

"Based on the latest CDC guidelines we’ve decided to postpone our Netflix Is a Joke Fest, which was scheduled to begin April 27," Netflix said in a statement. "We’ve been blown away by the excitement from fans and we will work to reschedule it when we can. In the meantime please everyone take care, hold onto your tickets and we look forward to seeing you all soon."
