Following the launch of Apple's new Apple TV+ subscription video service, the company has started to share closer looks at the slate of original projects set to debut on the platform in the weeks and months ahead.

Wednesday, Apple shared a new trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's enticing Servant series starring Lauren Ambrose, Toby Kebbell, Nell Tiger Free, and Rupert Grint. The series centers on a Philadelphia couple dealing with a "mysterious force" in their home in the wake of an unspeakable tragedy that's complicating their relationship.

During a New York Comic Con event dubbed "A Night With M. Night" last month, Shyamalan teased the doll-based "fringe therapy" at the heart of Servant's deceptively creep-inducing story.

"That premise is so tragic and weird and scary, but it's also, oddly, inappropriately funny," the director said, per IndieWire. "It turns out that's the tone I'm interested in, [like]The Visit and Split, you're scared and laughing at the same time."
