With the release of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum just around the corner, Halle Berry stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to talk about her experiences working on the film. She also spoke about how it feels to be name-dropped by NFL players and numerous rap songs, but most interestingly she provided her response to Drake wearing a jacket with her face on it.
Drizzy was recently spotted sporting a jacket featuring Halle Berry's Die Another Day character Jinx Johnson, and Fallon wanted to get her opinion on the bold fashion choice. "That was so great," she said. "I thought, 'Wow, Drake, Thank you.' So, I had to, of course...I wasn't going to let that go undone." She explained that she had to make her own fashion statement with Drake, posting a picture of herself in a top featuring lyrics from the 6 God's Big Sean collab "Blessings."
"Here for a good time not a long time," the top reads, accompanied by the caption, "Wayy up I feel blessed." She once used "Big Rings" for a caption, too.
As for whether she would wear a jacket with her own face on it, she added, "Yeah, he said he would give it to me."
Berry also spoke about what it was like doing her own stunts in John Wick 3. "In order to be in John Wick you have to do it yourself," she explained. "So I broke three ribs in rehearsal, but all the stunts guys said they had done it."
