Rose Leslie, Kit Harington's wife and former co-star, was so shocked when she heard about the 'Game of Thrones' finale that she shunned her husband.

Kit Harington's wife and former co-star Rose Leslie didn't know what she was getting into when she asked her husband to spill the details on the Game of Thrones series finale

While appearing on the U.K. radio station KISS FM, Harington told hosts Daisy Maskell and Tom Green that he made the mistake of revealing what happens at the end of the HBO series to his wife, per her request. “I told my wife last year how it ended, and she wouldn’t talk to me for about three days,” Kit admitted. “And she’d asked!”

Harington and Leslie met on the set of Game of Thrones, in which she played Ygritte, Jon Snow's wildling lover, for two seasons. The couple were married in July 2018.

Harington didn't say much else in terms of what fans should expect when the series returns this April, however, based on Leslie's reaction, it'll probably be more shocking than originally anticipated. The actor did call the ending "groundbreaking" and admitted to feeling gleeful knowing the GOT scoop before the masses.

"I can't really answer whether I'm happy or not. I don't think it's about happy or sad really. I’m satisfied with what they did, but I don't know whether I'll be really satisfied until I see it," he said. "It's quite nice walking around, which will only happen for a few months before everyone's seen it, knowing. I know and no one else does. I know how it wraps up. I think it’s gonna be groundbreaking."

During his radio appearance, the actor played a game with the hosts in which they ask him questions about the finale and he responds solely with emojis. It's hard to pinpoint what he's hiding when he uses the robot emoji as a response to "Bran Stark is really the Night King."

Game of Thrones season 8 will be returning to HBO on April 14th.
