Kim Porter’s death certificate does not declare her cause of death.

According to the death certificate obtained by The Blast, her cause of death is shown as “deferred” and the manner of death is “pending investigation.” The certificate also shows that Porter will be buried in Columbus, Georgia.

The document lists her time of death as 11:40 a.m. on Nov. 15, and that she wasn’t pregnant when she passed.

An actress and model, Porter dated Diddy on and off for over a decade and is the mother to three of his children: 20-year-old son Christian and 11-year-old twin daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James.

TMZ reported that the 47-year-old had been battling flu-like symptoms (and possibly pneumonia) for several weeks, but no known cause of death has been released. The website also shared the dispatch audio when paramedics were called to Porter's home in Lake Toluca. The call mentioned a patient in cardiac arrest.

Diddy made his first public comments about her death earlier this week.

“For the last three days I've been trying to wake up out of this nightmare,” Diddy wrote on Instagram. “But I haven't. I don't know what I'm going to do without you baby. I miss you so much. Today I'm going to pay tribute to you. I'm going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship. We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE ON SOME OTHER SHITT!! And I miss you so much.”
