Playstation revealed the full list of games that will come pre-loaded on their upcoming throwback console PlayStation Classic. And the selection on the mini-PlayStation One does a pretty great job of living up to its name.

The reimagined console will feature quite a few of the games that come to mind when you think of the first generation of PlayStation. Among the 20 games included are big names like Final Fantasy VII, the first Grand Theft Auto, and Metal Gear Solid

The console strikes a nice balance between game types, including (the greatest) fighting game (of all time) Tekken 3, racing games like Ridge Racer Type 4 and whatever category you'd slot Twisted Metal into.

While some familiar faces are noticeably absent -- there's no Spyro and PlayStation's de facto mascot Crash Bandicoot is missing -- there are still quite a few important characters included. Rayman and Oddworld's Abe both make appearances and fans will get to stomp around Racoon City in the director's cut of Resident Evil.

Still, plenty of fans flooded the comments of the announcement video with games they felt were left out. Silent Hill, Tomb Raider and Gran Turismo were among the most noted snubs. Yet we doubt that will keep the 20-game console from selling, especially at just $99. Check out the full list of available games below:

  • Battle Arena Toshinden
