Amber Rose has reportedly hired armed security following the recent break-in at her Los Angeles-area home. TMZ reported Friday that Rose hired a "small army" of off-duty police officers to patrol the home at all hours of the day. Rose will also reportedly station one officer inside the residence.

The break-in, during which the suspect stuck around for an estimated four hours, occurred Wednesday morning. Police sources told TMZ this week that the suspect was able to enter Rose's home after smashing a kitchen window. Rose was sleeping at the time. After noticing the broken window, Rose reportedly reviewed home surveillance footage, which is said to show the suspect.

The incident, E! News confirmed Thursday, is currently under investigation. No items are believed to have been stolen from the residence. Rose's son, mother, bodyguards, and assistant were reportedly inside at the time of the break-in. Rose has not publicly addressed the incident.

Rose has recently been taking fabricated headlines to task on social media, including a Page Six claim that she had requested the Ora nightclub not play any songs by Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa. Those claims are bullshit, Rose confirmed Wednesday:

This is NOT TRUE!!! 😡 unless they gon do it 😏 #Pettyaf #Sikenaw for real though this story is fake as fuck.
