Amidst the over 20 allegations of rape and sexual assault against Bill Cosby, one woman, Judy Huth, actually filed a lawsuit against Cosby, whom she accused of sexually assaulting her in the ‘70s. Today Los Angeles prosecutors have decided Cosby will not be charged with molestation.
Huth, who was 15 years old at the time of the alleged assault, said the comedian molested her at the Playboy mansion after they had played a tennis drinking game.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office didn’t file a lesser charge of “annoying or molesting” a child under 18 because too much time had passed since the alleged incident.
