Authorities in New York said a man attempted to dispose of the results to his Breathalyzer test by eating them.
According to Gothamist, Kenneth Desormes, 40, was arrested early Sunday morning after troopers with the New York State Police pulled him over for speeding in Port Chester, N.Y. When the Greenwich, Conn. resident was given a Breathalyzer test, he registered a .13—well over the legal limit of .08.
That's when police say Desormes attempted to consume the piece of paper that his test results were printed on. This act of desperation obviously failed, and he now faces charges for obstruction of governmental administration and criminal tampering charges in addition to the inevitable DWI.
