A New Jersey man was arrested for stealing his grandmother's vehicle, then selling it for money and heroin. In total, he made $350 from the transaction.

According to Gothamist, 22-year-old Arthur Garlick stole his grandmother's 1999 Lincoln Town Car from Cedar Hill Christian Reformed Church's parking lot back on Jun. 3. The vehicle was found a week later in Paterson, N.J., where the new owner was arrested for possession of stolen property.

The man directed the Wyckoff Police Department to Garlick, who admitted to using an extra set of keys to steal the car, as well as selling it for $200 and $150 worth of heroin. Garlick, who still lives with his grandmother despite this ultimate betrayal, was charged with third-degree auto theft, NorthJersey.com reports.
