Worth the work finding it.

Back in September, a team of excavators dug up Steve Jobs' time capsule in Aspen, Colorado. There were a few pictures from the event, but now we have a short video of it, leading up to the National Geographic Channel episode of Diggers where they'll dedicate the show at 10 p.m. ET February 25 to the unearthing of the capsule.

Jobs buried the capsule there in 1983, after giving a talk at the International Design Conference. The 13-foot long tube held a lot of things, some of which were collected from people other than the Apple co-founder. One of the most valuable things found in the capsule (outside of beer) was Jobs' mouse for the Lisa computer, which was one of the first commercial mice ever sold.

The capsule was meant to be opened in 2000, but the map pointing to the location of the capsule was badly drawn, and excavaters couldn't find it.
