According to Deadline, Game of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke has officially joined the cast of the upcoming Terminator reboot. This comes after months of rumors and speculation about her involvement in the project. She will likely join Jason Clarke, who is in negotiations to play John Connor in the film, which will again involve time travel.
Despite this looking like a reboot, the site is reporting that Arnold Schwarzenegger will also be back in the role of the Terminator. There have been rumors about this for months as well, but now it seems official. Emilia Clarke will again be teaming up with director Alan Taylor for the movie. The two worked together on multiple episodes of Game of Thrones for HBO.
Paramount is looking at a July 2015 release date for the movie.
