Actress Kristin Chenoweth was injured on the set of "The Good Wife" yesterday, when some lighting equipment hit her, causing her to fall to the ground, bump her head on the concrete and be knocked unconscious.

The good news is she was released from the hospital earlier today.

"Kristin has been released from the hospital and is home recovering,” her rep, Jill Fritzo, said in a statement. “She thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes.”

The lighting equipment is said to have fallen due to a gust of wind that moved it out of place.

Oddly enough this is not the first time Chenoweth has been injured on set. Back in 2006 she fell off the stage at a rehearsal for the Broadway show “The Apple Tree," and just last year she fell down a flight of stairs on the set of "Glee."
