Miley Cyrus got a new tattoo this weekend. “Love Never Dies,” was inscribed on the inside of her bicipe. Her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth was in tow. Maybe he had something to do with the choice of words. It's her 12th tattoo. That's like, a lot.
