Hilary has been kicking butt since The Next Karate Kid. But, it wasn’t until she starred in Million Dollar Baby that we saw the full potential of her biceps, which were even more impressive one we found out that she only had 90 days to train for the film. Six days a week, she put our workouts to shame as she spent two and a half hours boxing and another two hours lifting weights. Ultimately, she gained 19 pounds of muscle and an Oscar for Best Actress.
