You already know about Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab 10.1, the second generation tablet that manages to be thinner, lighter and reportedly more powerful than the iPad 2. Now you can see the next great challenger in action.
The above video from a Vietnamese tech blog isn't in English, but you can still get a really good sense of what Sammy's new bad boy looks and feels like-- with Android Honeycomb running at full tilt. The new Galaxy Tab is notable for having been completely redesigned after Apple's iPad 2 unveiling in February, and here the handlers even bring in the new iPad for a head-to-head Angry Birds showdown. Samsung's device is slightly taller and narrower than Apple's.
Given the flop of the Playbook and the underwhelming and overpriced Xoom, we'll be looking to the Tab 10.1 to herald the overdue arrival of a truly competitive tablet market. Android fans rejoice.
