Gift of Gab of the Bay Area hip-hop duo Blackalicious is set for the release of his album, Next Logical Progress, on March 27th. The first single has received some love from Wavves and Kynan Williams (the younger brother of the Wavves frontman, Nathan Williams) in the form of a remix. This was a pretty personal project for Nathan, who fondly recalls listening to Blackalicious’ Blazing Arrow “on repeat with [his] friends in high school,” making his collaboration with Gab “kind of full circle.”
