Not having a funky enough day? N.A.’s got the remedy in the form of “Hierarchy,” a seriously propulsive assault of percussion and swinging riffs (immediately reminiscent of Busta Rhymes’ funk-hop monster of a single “Don’t Touch Me”). “Hierarchy” continues the strong string of releases from the Brooklyn-born emcee (and his producer Josh Estes, who’s proving himself to be quite the eclectic beatsmith) who first hit our radar with “Sheep and Wolf.”
