Drake had a big day yesterday with the new single and all, and then he figured he may as well hijack an NBA broadcast for a bit. He joined the Toronto Raptors’ broadcast team for their game against the Detroit Pistons last night, and he provided some commentary, talked about the Raptors’ recent success (they’re on an 11-game win streak) and discussed the NBA All-Star Game coming to Canada.
By the way, Drake is for some reason not slated to perform at halftime of the game. Sting has the gig, and no disrespect to Sting, but nobody really knows why.
