After what has seemed like an indeterminably long wait, we will finally be getting Wet’s debut album at the top of next year: Don’t You will be released on January 29 through Columbia Records. The trio of friends (vocalist Kelly Zutrau and multi-instrumentalists Joe Valle and Marty Sulkow) most recently released the gorgeous “It’s All In Vain,” and as if we needed a reason to revisit the track, producer Lee Bannon has turned in a new remix.
As with the Dubbel Dutch remix of “You’re The Best,” Zutrau’s vocals are still the centerpiece, but Bannon’s sparse drums add a more ominous edge to proceedings. Listen to the remix below and Wet’s recent cover of Adele’s “Chasing Pavements” here.
