London based singer, songwriter and producer Lyves (aka Francesca Bergami) is currently preparing for the release of her forthcoming EP Like Water. Ahead of its release, she demands attention with her latest single “No Love.”
Dealing with heartbreak is never easy. The sorrow can come in small waves before an unmanageable amount of mixed emotions ultimately come crashing down. Lyves’ latest single tells the story of these exact emotions in way that feels more therapeutic than detrimental.
Lyves and co-producer Atu—one third of the newly formed group Sonder—worked together to create a rhythm that perfectly soundtracks the emotional roller coaster of heartbreak. “No Love” begins slowly as it gradually opens up into booming production for the chorus. Whether or not you can deeply relate to Lyves’ lyrics or not, “No Love” is the sort of single that has the power to immediately connect with your spirit.
