Back in 2014, Birdman released Rich Gang: Tha Tour Pt. 1 alongside Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan. Earlier this year, Birdman gave a few updates on the forthcoming follow-up to this collaborative project, promising that both Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan would always be part of Rich Gang. However the trio have been on shaky terms since the last project's release two years ago.
Though Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug seem to be on amicable terms, it appears they might not quite be ready to work together again yet. Birdman recently revealed new details about Rich Gang 2: The Lifestyle. According to a post Birdman shared on his Instagram, the project is slated to be released on February 17, 2017 and will feature Young Thug.
With no shared tracklist yet, there's no word on who we can expect to hear featured on the project. However, the caption seems to make it pretty clear that Rich Homie Quan won't be involved this time around.
