The Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour just got even bigger.

As Rolling Stone reports, DMX has officially been added to the massive tour's already stacked lineup. Puff Daddy took to Twitter to announce the news yesterday, posting a clip of DMX talking about what joining the Family Reunion Tour means to him.

"I'm just grateful to be a part of it and to be as successful as I've been," X says in the clip. "To be a part of something that's an epic tour, and clearly something that's going to be historical… I do what I do. I bring me to the stage. To be a part of something like this is crazy."

While DMX was never a member of the Bad Boy roster, there was a moment in time when that could have been the case. Earlier this year, X shared the story of his first meeting with Puff when he ultimately got rejected. Apparently, Puff Daddy felt that DMX's "voice [was] too rough" and that "it [was] not marketable." Puff eventually changed his mind, but DMX had decided to take the deal with Def Jam instead.

The Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour will continue September 20 in Charlotte, North Carolina. DMX will be joining Lil Kim, Ma$e, Faith Evans, 112, Total, Carl Thomas, The Lox, French Montana, and Mario Winans.
