It’s pretty safe to say that Jay Z and Beyoncé have money to spare. TMZ reports that the power couple are now renting the $45 million home in Holmby Hills, California, which is apparently on lease for $150k a month, which is pretty much pocket change for these two. The couple have signed a one-year lease for the 20,000 square foot house, which includes an indoor Olympic-sized pool as well as outside pool with a waterfall and vast garden.
