Less than two weeks ago, Sango assisted in the delivery of the smooth remix of Kehlani and Chance The Rapper’s collaboration “The Way.” Now he’s back with yet another remix, this time putting his own twist on one of Drake’s recent releases, “Right Hand.”
Drake’s original track isn’t a love song by any means, even though he happens to throw the word around in the chorus. However, Sango’s remix slows the beat all the way down—making it feel much more sensual and hypnotic than before. The slowed tempo helps to emphasize the lyrics in chorus—”Just know that these streets just don’t love you like I do, and they never will”—and set completely different mood.
