Yesterday we saw the first part of XXL’s 2015 Freshman cypher featuring Raury, Tink, Kidd Kidd and K Camp. Today we get to see the second part of the cypher, this time including GoldLink, OG Maco and Vince Staples. This year’s list is certainly a diverse one and because of that it makes waiting to see how well everyone will sound together during these cyphers.
We’ve already seen several of the individual freestyles but the atmosphere is very different when the artists are in the room together. Although GoldLink, OG Maco and Vince Staples all have very different sounds when it comes to their own music, they managed to deliver a cypher that wound up sounding pretty seamless.
