Ty Dolla $ign is working on his album Free TC, which will be out later this year, but today he’s dropped a track with Future and Rae Sremmurd as part of his #FreeMyHomieFriday series.
Produced by DJ Spinz, it’s not the all out, turnt up banger that you might expect from these artists, more a low key bubbler that sees each artists riding the booming beat with laid-back flows. Future’s contribution is fairly limited (which is a shame because he’s on fire this year) while Ty Dolla $ign slips in a nice reference to Ludacris and Nate Dogg’s amazing “Area Codes.”
