Panes are a London-based duo consisting of Shaun Savage and Tyson McVey, who was born in Stockholm. Having played some festivals over the summer, and with an upcoming slot supporting Kelela, they’re officially releasing “Stills” on November 23, alongside remixes from three of their favorite producers: Visionist, Sivey, and Eyedress.
We have the premiere (and free download) of Filipino producer and vocalist Eyedress‘ remix, which boasts a weightless, ambient intro, but suddenly bursts into life about a third of the way through with crisp percussion and McVey’s vocals, before seeping away into a gloopy, chopped and screwed outro.
