Filipino artist Eyedress has unveiled the subtly surreal visuals for his squelchy track “Teen Spirits.” The appropriately strange self-directed video features themes of betrayal, and a lot of garish colours. It suits his Purity Ring does post-punk vibe perfectly, and follows on from his previous videos with his unique sense of style.

The video was filmed at my place in Manila and at an empty townhouse unit my friends let me borrow. The theme of the video is cheating and losing your innocence. It goes along with the theme of the song—true love and the idea of soul mates. The idea that you follow your soul mate into the next life and love them forever. Everlasting love.
