The beautiful thing about Sol’s “This Shit” lied in the simplicity of it. The beautiful thing about this remix? It’s the exact opposite. I was reluctant to give this a chance. I only opened the email so I could give it a listen and come up with a nasty reply, but I’m glad I didn’t have to do that, because I’m horrible at nasty replies. I always just come up with nonsensical rhymes far worse than any 5th grade rebuttal (Captain Midnite? More like Captain Bidbite! LOL loser!) Good one, Confusion.
Luckily, I didn’t have to send that, because Captain Midnite did a nice job with this, turning up the voltage and giving this song a whole new feel.
