SZA’s hit song “Good Days” has finally received the video treatment.
The self-directed visual sees the TDE singer passing out after taking what seems to be magic mushrooms. She’s transported to another land where we see her dance among foliage and Fantasia-esque mushrooms. Elsewhere, we see her on a stripper pole in a room packed with books and taking a moment to crack one open.
Towards the end, SZA appears on a pole again, this time at a gas station, and with a snippet of her song “Shirt,” which she teased on Instagram back in October. Though the song hasn’t released yet, the clip quickly gained attention on TikTok and was paired with a dance challenge.
SZA recently addressed what all her fans are wondering—when will we see new music? In mid-February, she told CBS This Morning, “New music is literally on the way. I haven’t slept. I’m coming directly from the studio right now. It’s like, I think, 5 a.m. I left the studio at, like, 3:30. So music is on the way.”
“Good Days” peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 following its Christmas arrival while the singer’s Ty Dolla Sign collab “Hit Different” peaked at No. 36.
