Producer and rapper Pi’erre Bourne is gearing up to drop his new album Good Movie next month, and he’s just given fans a taste of the project with its title track.
“Good Movie” sees Bourne firmly in his comfort zone, gliding over his distinctive production sound as he compares his life to that of a good film. The highly-prolific 28-year-old has already dropped projects with Jelly and Juicy J this year, but his latest will be a self-produced solo affair. The record is scheduled to drop on Sept. 2 through his SossHouse imprint at Interscope Records.
The arrival of “Good Movie” comes just as Bourne is set to kick off his 2022 world tour. With dates all across North America in September and October, the rapper will then hit up Europe, Australia, and New Zealand in November and December. Earlier this month, Bourne also showed up alongside his frequent collaborator Young Nudy on his latest mixtape, EA Monster.
