Young Thug has reportedly accused a real estate developer of intentionally selling him a Georgia mansion that was "falling apart." Thugger was sued by Heritage Select Homes last year for allegedly owing $2.2 million on the residence, the Blastreported Sunday. In Thugger's Blast-obtained response, however, the amount of the bill is questioned due to a "series of flaws" in the mansion.
Thugger has argued that Heritage Select Homes was well aware of foundational damage in the six-bedroom home and attached garage, incorrectly installed roofing, moisture damage, mold, and rusted metal basement beams when the original sale was made. Furthermore, Thugger accused Heritage of "conspiring" by setting up a fake home inspection so that such issues would not be disclosed prior to the deal.
As a result, Thugger's claim says the suit against him should be dismissed. He has now hit Heritage with a counterclaim accusing them of fraud. Also, if you're wondering, "Hey, um, what the fuck is The Blast? Is that like TMZ with an even TMZier name?" or something to that effect, the answer is yes.
In news that's not really related but is certainly worth including anyway, Monday brought confirmation that Thugger had just scored his first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1. With the Camila single "Havana," both Camila Cabello and Thugger have scored their first ever chart-topping single.
