Tyler, the Creator dropped a new "throwaway song" Thursday.

The brief cut is titled "OKRA" and even has a Wolf Haley-helmed video produced by Happy Place. Check it out up top. For the lyrics, see below. Tyler intends to promote "OKRA" for exactly five days before resuming "a normal life."

Part of that normal life will involve prepping for a run of festival sets, starting with Coachella. Ahead of that (and additional stops at Sasquatch, Boston Calling, and more), Tyler is hitting the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles with special guests Taco and Rex Orange County.

Tyler's Scum Fuck Flower Boy era has arguably been his most acclaimed and prolific yet. The 14-track Cherry Bomb follow-up, rightfully, was hit with a Best Rap Album nod at this year's Grammys before ultimately losing out to Kendrick Lamar's Damn. Prior to the ceremony, Tyler explained with fascinating candor why he felt now was his time to take home the award.

"I think it would be tight if I won, just because it's something different," he told Shane Powers in January. "There's no one speaking for those people. I don't even want to use the word weird, because I feel like that's a cheap word—or eclectic. But [this is for] the 'me's'."

The Scum Fuck era also gave us a fresh GOLF flagship store in Los Angeles. The shop, the first physical retail store for Tyler's brand, rests along Fairfax and has been open for business since October. The launch bash was attended by Frank Ocean, Kali Uchis, ASAP Rocky, and more. Sources say I also should have been there, but this was impossible to confirm at the time of this writing.
