Rae Sremmurd has successfully perplexed with the new video for "Perplexing Pegasus," which does indeed feature a pegasus.
Catch the perplexion in full up top.
Back in September, Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi joined Makonnen and Travis Barker for the rock-inspired "Love." Over production from Mike Will Made-It and Resource, the should-be-a-super-group collaborators gave the very idea of love all possible middle fingers.
Swae and Slim pushed back against baseless indefinite hiatus rumors in a recent interview, declaring any such chatter "fake news." The duo, Swae said, still has plenty of gas in the creative tank. "Yeah, so that was just a myth," he said. "We've got many, many, many more projects coming. Many more songs coming, many more features coming. It's just the beginning."
SremmLife3 is expected to drop at some point next year. The duo confirmed the release window, which marks a departure from the one-year-apart strategy of previous SremmLife entries, on Twitter last week.
As of August, Swae and Slim were still filtering through "like 30 songs" to map out a final tracklist. At least one of those tracks, the duo confirmed to XXL, features Young Thug. "I think this project is going to show our growth," Slim said. "It's going to be us, but more mature, but it's still going to be the same good vibes. The same good music."
Bring it on.
