Lupe Fiasco fans looking to see his 2006 debut Food & Liquor performed in full will have exactly one chance to do so next year.

Fiasco is bringing his beloved 16-track album to the Novo in Los Angeles Feb. 23. Per Fiasco's statement to Pitchfork about the special one-off event, which doesn't coincide with a release anniversary, was inspired by the fans who've continued to ask for such a thing.

"The fans have been asking for it for a long time and the time finally felt right," he said. "This album speaks to a really interesting, but special time in my career and it's cool to be able to share that in a new way with everyone." Fiasco's The Cool collaborator Matthew Santos and GemStones are also set to make appearances.

Food & Liquor featured the classic "Kick, Push," as well as notable appearance from JAY-Z and Jill Scott. Kanye West, the Neptunes, Mike Shined, Soundtrakk, and more also contributed production.

Back in September, Fiasco released his seventh album Drogas Wave via Thirty Tigers and 1st & 15 a bit early due to an unsanctioned premature surfacing. "I don't know how the album got out, but it did,' he told Complex. "It's my label and I can do what I want with the music so I'm making it available to my fans now." Thematically, Fiasco added, the album is centered on a story "about a group of slaves that jumped off of a slave ship" from Africa and "somehow managed to live under the sea."
