There may be easier ways to end up producing an album for Ghostface Killah, but none have ever been quite as poetic.

Big Ghost, the internet personality who gained fame by writing hilarious record reviews and blogs in the voice of the Wu-Tang Clan icon, has long been a favorite of fans who couldn't wait to see how many Zeus Slaps the latest Drake record was worthy of. But he's taking a leap from parodist to collaborator, producing an album for the real Ghostface.

The Lost Tapes, coming out on Oct. 5 (check out a sampler here and pre-order it here), is entirely produced by Big Ghost and features guests including Snoop Dogg, E-40, Raekwon, Masta Killa, and Sheek Louch, among others.

While we're all waiting for the album, you can get an advance taste by hearing the album track "Done It Again." It features Ghost and Big Ghost alongside Big Daddy Kane, Cappadonna, and Styliztik Jones. The song, a paean to a beautiful woman, hearkens back to Ghostface's classic Ironman/Supreme Clientele sound.

"This joint represents the classic Ghostface vibe, celebrating women, their beauty, knowledge and strength," Ghostface told Complex. "Having one of hip-hop’s most celebrated MCs and one of my all time favorite artists (Big Daddy Kane) along for the ride was icing on the cake."

For Cappadonna, it was all about who he got to collaborate with. "It was honorable and exciting to be on the same track with my brother Tony Starks and Big Daddy Kane representing the culture in its purest form," he said.
