Snoop Dogg added to the spirit of Southern hip-hop history that came alive at ComplexCon 2025.

During the highly anticipated battle between No Limit and Cash Money Records, the Doggfather stepped out to support his No Limit family, performing the classic C-Murda anthem “Down 4 My N****z” in front of a roaring crowd.

The energy inside the venue was electric as two of Louisiana’s most iconic labels traded hit after hit. Representing No Limit were Mia X and other key members of the label’s golden era, such as Master P and Silk the Shocker, while Cash Money brought out heavyweights Juvenile, B.G., Mannie Fresh, and Birdman.

The crowd erupted during performances of legendary tracks including “400 Degreez,” “I’m Still Fly,” “Bling Bling,” “Break Em Off Something,” “How U Do That There,” “Slow Motion,” “Project Chick,” “Bout It Bout It,” “Real Big,” and “Make Em Say Unh.”

Snoop’s appearance carried extra weight given his deep history with No Limit Records. After parting ways with Death Row Records in the late 1990s, Snoop signed with Master P’s No Limit, a move that revived his career and helped him reinvent his sound.

Under the label, he released Da Game Is to Be Sold, Not to Be Told (1998), No Limit Top Dogg (1999), and Tha Last Meal (2000), albums that arguably became defining moments in his artistic evolution.
