Latto has revealed she decided to skip another round of body-enhancing surgery and hired a personal trainer instead.

During her conversation for Cosmopolitan's latest cover story, Latto reflected on her body image and explained how her confidence pushed her to believe that working out could also produce the results she wanted to see without getting any surgery done. According to the Atlanta native, she got a Brazilian butt lift and a 360 liposuction that covers her entire torso.

However, the rapper said just because surgery gives speedy results, people still have to take care of their bodies. She had always worked out but explained she never pushed herself or stayed at the gym for a sufficient amount of time.

"I got a BBL in 2020. I also got 360 lipo. That's on my stomach, back, sides, and whole torso," she told Cosmopolitan. "But then you've got to maintain it. So I just hired a trainer. I tweeted the other day that I was almost going to get a round two of surgery and then I was like, let me just get a trainer instead."

She added, "If you look on my Instagram, you'll see I've always worked out—before and after the surgery. But I will leave early or not push myself as hard. Having a trainer holds you accountable."

Surgeries in the entertainment industry has been a hot topic, especially when it comes to the safety of patients. Earlier this month, TMZ reported Wild' n Out model and DC Young Fly's girlfriend, Ms. Jacky Oh! died after receiving a "mommy makeover," or a series of plastic surgery procedures that typically includes a tummy tuck, liposuction, and/or breast augmentation.
