Venezuela-based duo El $abor promote a sound they call "TDM (tropical dance music)." However, if you're thinking this is yet another moombahton or tropical bass single, that's where you're wrong. "Pa' Las Borrachas" is a whole other sound with a whole other style. Bar Mikhael and L'Miranda start this track off with heavy tropical footwork vibes in the build, but when the drop hits, the dembow kicks in and it's an appropriately drunken feeling low-end bulldozer. However, when the dembow's occupying the bottom end and a frenetic melody occupies the top, it dissolves into utter madness. Worth a listen and a download, for the working DJ, this is like a baseball pitcher tossing a change up for strike three and winning the game.
