Calvin Harris' "18 Months" Goes Platinum

18 Months has only been out since October, but in news that we'll file under "EDM's the new pop," Calvin Harris has scored his first platinum album. We imagine that the success of "Let's Go" with Ne-Yo and "We Found Love" with Rihanna helped catapult this to the top, but Calvin's making music that's bred for that mainstream appeal. Don't be surprised if this is in the debates for Album of the Year at the 2014 Grammys.
