Justin Bieber is reportedly being sued by his former neighbor, Jeff Schultz, who claims that the singer not only spit on him but also caused him and his wife emotional distress. This isn't the first time Bieber and Schultz crossed paths legally—Schultz had his house egged by the musician early last year. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the abuse didn't start there. Schultz claimed that Bieber terrorized their neighborhood with drag races and parties. There was also an incident where Schultz was called "little Jew boy" by one of Bieber's bodyguards after he warned the singer about endangering lives with his reckless driving in the neighborhood.
Bieber pleaded no contest to the vandalism charges last year, and ended up paying $80,000 in repairs for the Schultz home. The former neighbor is looking for damages for emotional distress.
