From Justin Bieber to Boyz II Men, it's very common for singers to get in the holiday spirit and put out Christmas albums this time of year. Today, Katy Perry returns to her Christian music artist roots and gets in the holiday spirit with the release of her first-ever Christmas song as part of her collaboration with clothing brand giant H&M. In the commercial, a fairy-like Katy sings her new song "Every Day Is a Holiday" alongside dancing gingerbread men, reindeer, elves, jingle balls, a polar bear, and more. Unfortunately, there is no holiday-themed Left Shark in sight.
Katy's newest collaboration with H&M follows a string of earlier brand partnerships including CoverGirl, Claire's, and Pop Chips, which all contribute to the singer's reported $135 million profit this year. Clearly, Katy beating out Taylor Swift and Beyoncé for the title of Forbes' richest female celebrity was no accident. Listen to the new song in the commercial above.
