No doubt still recovering from their triumphant appearance at Glastonbury’s Arcadia, Skepta and Jammer have dropped another gem on their Más Tiempo house label: “Touching My Body”, which features old friend and collaborator Etta Bond.

The new track follows on from the label’s two-track debut, “Mas Murder / Touch Me”, in April, and showcases a slightly different side of their new house sound. Unlike those two tracks, this one’s a vocal cut, backing Etta Bond’s breathy, sultry performance with light and airy synth pads. On the flip is a new tech-house number called “Down Shovel” from Stoke Newington’s Jammin, another grime vet who’s made the leap to house music.

Etta Bond has been tight with the grime scene for some time now and she’s worked with Skepta specifically several times. She was featured Blacklisted extract “Mastermind” and they both guested on LayZ’s cover of “Life Round Here” in 2014.

On the subject of Glastonbury, Skepta and Jammer also previewed a track called “Time” with A$AP Nast and Deki Alem, which should hopefully be just around the corner. While we wait on that, press play on “Touching My Body” and be sure to add it to your playlists.
