Following on from last year's See You In The Next Life (which he described as "the ultimate sad boy break up album"), rapper-producer The Last Skeptik has since finished work on his new EP Nice While It Lasted. Unlike his last project, Nice While It Lasted promises a much more upbeat tone and to get us all in the mood he's today sharing the visuals for lead single "No Good Mess".

Tinged with just a hint of house music, "No Good Mess" sees Skeptik in his flat and on the rooftop, enjoying the sunshine and making the most of his own company. Although the vibe is much more positive, the new single and the rest of the EP are inspired by the feeling of falling in love with someone who's probably not right for you — you know it's bad but you can't help yourself. Or, in his words, I'm a no good mess and I know best.

The new EP is slated for release in August, so while we wait for that hit play at the top and buy it here.
