Last year, Portuguese DJ and producer Moullinex released his latest album Hypersex, and now he's back to announce plans for a remix package to accompany it.
The keystone of that remix package (which drops this Friday, Oct. 12) is the remix of "Say It Slow" from London duo Wayward. The original, which featured the uplifting vocals of Georgia Ann Muldrow, has been transformed from a velvety, pop/R&B banger into a jazzy, rolling house cut. Though Muldrow's vocals have been stripped from the remix, thankfully the colour and energy of the original still remain. Elsewhere on the Hypersex Remixes collection expect re-imaginings from Yuksek, MEERA, Mr Mitsuhirato, Wild & Free and more.
Over email, Moullinex told us he loves "the upfront, chugging-feels-like-a-train vibe of Wayward's remix," adding that it's "another guaranteed club player."
