Back in 2016, South Londoner Cktrl released his impressive INDi mixtape, a 13-track project that introduced us to the producer and the full gamut of his talents, capped off by a standout collaboration with Roses Gabor. Now he's back with a new EP, Colour, that spawned from some of the ideas first set out on INDi.

Ahead of the release tomorrow, March 15, he's today letting slip the Erva Carter-assisted "Secrets". Gentle in its execution, "Secrets" pairs Carter's feather-lite, but no less soulful, vocals with subtle and delicate production. Elements of jazz flit in and out of the mix, but they do so almost imperceptibly so as not to steal focus from Carter's lilting vocals.

If you're not familiar with Cktrl's past projects (both of the S4G Playlists are also worth your time) or his NTS show, the Colour EP would be a good place to start your homework.
