Premiere: Aïsha Devi Teases "Dislocation Of The Alpha" From Upcoming 'DNA Feelings' Album

Having shared "Inner State Of Alchemy," the lead single from her forthcoming album DNA Feelings (due May 11 via Houndstooth), Aïsha Devi is back with the album's second single, "Dislocation Of The Alpha". The album will be her second for Houndstooth, following her 2015 debut Of Matter And Spirit, and promises to continue her path of spiritualist, politically-charged production. "Dislocation Of The Alpha", in particular, features the refrain Unlearn, dislocate the Alpha over loose, swirling rhythms and hypnotic, droning melodies. While it's unlikely to soar to the top of the charts, "Dislocation Of The Alpha" and its predecessor present us with a producer riding the outer most fringes of music into new and exciting territories.
