Reportedly years in the making, M1OnTheBeat has embarked on a solo career, launching it with his debut single, “Trap Global”. Having worked with some of the biggest stars, this opening salvo sees him connect with some of drill’s rising stars, such as Rakz, T Global, Pronto, JJ Esko, Billy Billions, DA, D38 and Blocka.
One of the most influential producers in drill, M1 played an enormous role in helping sculpt the sound’s identity and take it from its raw foundations to the global phenomenon it is today. Even beyond drill, he’s left an indelible mark on rap as a whole, crafting hits with some of the UK’s biggest stars.
The new single is out now and it comes with a fresh set of visuals directed by Jack Stangaard. In it, we’re introduced to each of the featured artists and the broad range of styles they have to offer, from the raw to the melodic.
